First we have is Mizore's Mother.

Tsurara Shirayuki - like mother like daughter she is very shy and serene, she is also a stalker and tends to hide behind corners like Mizore. The lollipop in her mouth like Mizore's is a cold regulator like a mini cooler to keep them from melting since they're Yuki Onna or Ice Ladies. She comes to the Academy's festival under the belief from her daughter's stories that Tsukune is Mizore's boyfriend. Tsurara is also an avid gun collector in the manga and once dreamed of becoming a spy.

In Rosario + Vampire Capu2, Tsurara and Ageha(Kurumu's mom) has a long grudge against one another, being rivals for the affection of a student during their days as students at Youkai Academy. She also runs a ski resort in the human world and her husband first appears in Capu2 Episode 9 and he's cosplaying as a Yeti, in the manga Mizore's father is yet to appear.

The huge SOFT mellons of Ageha Kurono

Ageha is Kurumu's mother and appears during the start of the school festival in the manga under the belief that Tsukune is her daughter's fiance and going so far as to state he can "DO HER" anytime he wants since Kurumu lacks EXPERIENCE. (What a mother!) In Rosario + Vampire Capu2 anime, Ageha and Tsurara hold a long grudge against one another, being rivals for the affection of a student during their days as students at Youkai Academy. Her powers include a parody of MazingerZ's robot lady friend/partner Aphrodite's OPPAI MISSILE!!!

Mrs.Sendo

Mrs.Sendo - not much is known about Yukari's mom since she only apears with her husband in the manga and anime with little to no lines. They are witches or in the case of Daddy he's a warlock. Her powers include making things back the way they where as seen in R+V Capu2 ep.3 fixing the damaged school with magic.

Tsukune's Mom

Kasumi Aono - Tsukune's mother. She is surprised when her son suddenly comes to visit, after a long time with little to no contact, but is proud of his growing maturity and independence. She
goes into a bit of a panic, due to the ensuing chaos of Tsukune's suitors sneaking into her home to visit her son. Of all of Tsukune's suitors, Kasumi seems to like Moka the most, as she had received favorable messages about her from Tsukune. She is an old fashion mom who is conservative and easily gets nervous.
